Internet Marketing Advice from Me To You

May 27th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

Hey there everyone! I am Erwin Chua and I am a blogger and web marketer. I built a blog that gives internet marketing advice to people who want to know more about how to get started in earning money online .

I got some important news for you. I recently took a poll to find out what are the Biggest Problems people face when starting out in internet marketing, and here are the results.

The Biggest Problems Most Beginning Internet Marketers Encounter Are:
1. How to Generate Traffic
2. How to find a responsive and targeted Niche To Sell To
3. How to write proper Sales Copy that sells
4. How to Choose The Right Product to Sell; and
5. Who’s the Right Mentor for the best internet marketing advice

Now, each of these items are crucial to making you a success online. It literally spells the difference between making thousands of dollars a month in passive income or making next to nothing, being ignored online.

Now, I’ve been involved with Internet Marketing since early 2008. Since then, I’ve engaged in affiliate marketing, video marketing, article marketing, social media networking and bookmarking.

I’ve studied how to generate traffic, find a niche, write good copy, and choose a product. And it wasn’t easy! I made the mistakes and fell flat on my face few times, lost some money. I was constantly bombarded by offers and courses and information products enough to make my heads spin.

But I never thought of giving up. And my best efforts came to fruition is when I got coached by some of the best mentors in the business.

I’ve been coached by the likes of Ewen Chia, the Super Affiliate; Alex Jeffreys, the ex-Puppy Marketer; and by the mysterious Underground Marketer, TheRazor.

From their mentorship, I’ve come a lot closer to financial freedom and working from the comfort of my home. And I’ve taken a lot of notes. Good news is, I’m willing to share what I know to you.

By following the free system I laid out on my blog, Winning To Win Online! - Internet Marketing Advice Made Real and Easy, you’ll finally be able to make at least a few hundred $$$ a month. This will make you more money in a week than maybe your job can in a month!

Don’t miss out on the truth as I see it through the eyes of my mentors.

Tissa Godavitarne

May 25th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

Because I receive so many inquires about who is Tissa Godavitarne that I decided to write a little post about him.

I first heard of Tissa through the Wealthy affiliate forum in the recommended products section. This is a paid private forum which I have been a member for about three years and have trusted the other members recommendations and advise. The member who was presenting Tissa’s Affiliatize program was only a month or two old in doing online business but had made a good start with Tissa’s program and was clearing over a $1000 in profit already.

I did some more digging on the product and found that one can enter the program with little money, just enough for hosting your web page. The landing page explains a lot about Tissa and why he is looking for affiliates to promote his business. But it seems too good to be real and I think this is the main reason why people are asking who is this Tissa Godavitarne?

Tissa is for real and has been here for some time! He genuinely wants to help upstarts to acquire a business and is not promising anything more then a modest income, no get rich quick and become a millionaire in a month type program. Yes there are a lot of people who are doing business with Tissa Godavitarne in his Affiliatize program because it does work and the market is wide open for more.

Is Tissa Godavitarne just another scam artist tricking people into a worthless plan that cost a lot of money and time? No! He is the real deal for those of us that are willing to work and have patience growing our business into a profitable experience. The only people that seem to call Tissa’s program a scam are those that know nothing about it or have done little in promoting the product. I am not saying that this program is for everybody, it isn’t but if you are willing to work and see it through then it will most likely be a good investment of your time and money.

When you look around the internet and find all these different marketing business that say they have the best program for you to join. It is refreshing to find someone like Tissa Godavitarne in his down to earth type approach being honest and straight forward with a good product to promote.

Aging Gracefully

May 25th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

Ageing causes certain changes and these changes affect the whole body. These changes, which could be overt or covert, are readily perceptible in specific areas like hair and skin.

Unseen changes also take place in the internal organs like tissues, and cells, and thus, take time to make their presence felt. Organs are made out of millions of tissues, and miniature cells form a tissue. Aging is a progression that has an effect on each cell that forms the human body.

Growing age brings about a change in the quantity, form, and location of the tissues in the body. For example, the abdominal zones are known to gather fat cells while the legs lose the muscle content with increasing age. The organs of body gradually lose cells and thus their normal functioning begin to get affected.

As the body ages, the cells in every tissue and organ undergo change. Cells gradually lose the ability to divide and reproduce normally. Fat is deposited on tissues and various internal organs. This adds to a state of loss of function over a period. The bone, muscle, and skin degrade further and thus become stiff.

The membranes of the cells alter, and cells start losing their ability to absorb oxygen and release carbon dioxide and other wastes. The body has many extra cells, which are not required by the kidneys, liver, heart, and brain. This is precisely the reason as to why people do not notice that they are losing cells and thus the functioning capacity of the organs.

When enough cells are lost, all the necessary organs show signs of being affected. In some people, the process of ageing starts at the age of fifty. Ageing affects the blood circulation patterns, and thus, some people may notice a change in the way they think or exercise.

Some people may face a gradual memory loss. Others may not even notice these typical changes until much later. Many people suffer from ailments like diabetes, blood pressure, heart problems etc. If any of these sufferings is in an acute state, it may further contribute to the speed of ageing.

Levels of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) decrease as we age. By middle age and beyond, HGH levels have plummeted to a tiny fraction of their youthful levels – and science shows that there is a direct correlation between lost HGH and the typical signs of aging, such as weight gain, loss of interest in sex, sagging skin and muscles, wrinkled skin that lacks good tone and texture, and flagging memory. GenF20 is an HGH releaser that stimulates the body’s own natural production of this miraculous substance.

Genetics has a major role to play in deciding the ageing patterns shown by every individual. The level of activity may also significantly affect the extent to which a person may age. Ageing is actually inevitable, but how one may age makes all the difference.

A steady pattern of ageing requires some discipline during youth itself. Excessive drug abuse, smoking, alcohol abuse and poor nutrition may make the ageing process set in more quickly.

Intake of medicines may affect the extent to which a person can age. People may suffer from ailments like hypertension, diabetes, heart problems etc. These ailments require strong medications; on top of this these medicines can have a detrimental effect on the state of one’s health.

The liver and the kidneys together ‘flush out’ the system of harmful toxins. Strong medicines that may be consumed in order to counter attack the symptoms of diseases may remain in the system. As one ages, the liver and kidneys lose some of their functioning capacity. As a result, the ‘left over’ medicines may not be washed out of the body and will in fact, accumulate internally. This will in turn cause further degradation of the bodily function and contribute to the process of premature ageing.

Thus, it becomes imperative that we ’stay young’ as much as possible. However, the term ‘staying young’ could actually act as a misnomer. One cannot be young forever and by young, a reference to the bodily and mind spirits gets hinted.

We need to chalk out a plan that ensures a healthy ageing process. Age would set in not only in terms of the physical wellness, but also in terms of mental soundness. It is vital to be young at mind as well as at heart.

One can ensure physical fitness and anti-aging by a good combination of the right diet and right exercise. It is not an easy task to remain young at heart and at mind. This requires extensive efforts that go a long way in determining the ‘mental age’ of a person!

Digital Lenses

May 25th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

Digital lenses are without doubt one of the most important weapons in a photographer’s arsenal. They are also one of the most variable, coming in every conceivable weight, size and focal length, from the widest 10mm fish-eye to the longest 800mm telephoto lens. Whether your passion is to isolate fine architectural detail, or you are a landscape photographer looking to capture dramatic sunsets, there are many options for lenses, but they fall into four main categories.

Standard

Standard lenses for full-frame digital SLR cameras fall between 40mm and 55mm, 50mm being the accepted norm. Standard lenses are closest to the normal field-of-view of the human eye, offering undistorted perspective. They are often used for portrait photography. Many digital SLRs need a shorter focal length than a 35mm camera or full-frame digital camera, due to their smaller APS-sized sensor, and these cameras will need a 35mm lens to get the same field-of-view as a 50mm lens on a full-frame.

Wide-angle

Wide-angle digital lenses are well suited to landscape and reportage photography, with their wider angle-of-view and shorter focal lengths than standard lenses. The need for shorter focal lengths to compensate for the APS sensor on many digital SLRs has led to an influx of new models. A typical digital wide-angle model might be 17-35mm, giving an equivalent field-of-view to 25-52mm on a full-frame SLR.

Macro

If you’ve ever looked at a full-frame picture of a small subject such as an insect or petals and wondered how it was achieved, the answer is by using a macro lens. Macro digital lenses focus from as close as 2 inches and allow for a 1:1 life size reproduction. These lenses are specifically designed for close-up photography and are usually available in focal lengths from 50mm to 180mm.

Telephoto

Any digital camera lenses with a focal length above 50mm are designated as telephoto. Portrait photography is ideally suited to short telephoto lenses (70mm to 120mm) and longer focal lengths (135mm to 300mm and beyond) are excellent for wildlife and sports photography. On most digital SLRs, with smaller APS-sized sensors, the magnification of a lens is increased by approximately 1.5 times, making a 200mm digital lens equivalent to 300mm on a full-frame camera.

Use your Options when buying an annuity

May 24th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

We all know that we will have a lower income when we retire, but it is important that you make the most of the money you have saved up when you buy an annuity.

This is when you find whether you were wise in your financial planning for retirement, for which you have are likely to have relied on a financial adviser.

When you convert your pension savings into an income it is called an annuity. It is called an annuity because it is an annual income which lasts as long as you live. Life insurance companies issue annuities

The fact is that you need to exercise your retirement income options when it comes to getting an annuity, and there are a number of options. Ensure that these are spelled out to you by either your financial adviser.

These days, it is easier than you think to get a good annuity. This is because, under UK government legislation you do not need to obtain your annuity from the life company with which you have saved for a pension. Really, they should tell you that you can buy an annuity where you like. Some companies do not offer annuities.

How should you go about finding an annuity? How do you go about getting the best annuity for your circumstances? These annuity payments are set according your situation, such as whether you are married, etc. Also, you can choose to take a level payment that remains the same however long you live, or one that increases with age. However, you need to live quite a long time to benefit from an annuity that increases the payment with age.

Try searching the web to get an idea of the situation. The best bet is probably to consult a broker that specialises in finding the best annuity for clients. You will pay them quite a small fee for their services.

You can find several brokers who will search for good annuities for you, then you have to make up your mind which one you want.

This article is not offering financial advice. Youshould get advice from an independent financial advisor before making any decision about an annuity.

Mortgage Financing Resources

May 24th, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

Mortgage Fianancing – Things to consider! Mortgage financing is sought by the majority of home buyers since most do not have the funds to buy a home with all cash. Programs for mortgage financing come and go depending on the economy and the housing market. With a more robust economy, there tends to be more creative mortgage financing programs (i.e. 100% financing, No documentation loans, seller financing, etc). Borrowers who really need the assistance often do not qualify under the restricted new requirements for financing assistance with feasible mortgage interest rates, leaving them even worse off financially and emotionally.

To lure the home buyers, the seller would offer the most lucrative mortgage financing deals while the buyer on the other hand, would shop to find the best mortgage financing program that would suit their financial abilities.

Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial deals a person can enter into. Mortgage fianancing to buy a home would mean the realization of a dream, the tangible result of hard work and the result of saving to some. Selling a house on the other hand, would be draining if it was brought about by a pending foreclosure.

Mortgage financing is determined by a number of factors: your credit, income, debts and the price of the house. These are the most important factors you have to consider in buying a home. Of course you wouldn’t want to face the threat of foreclosure if you select a house priced over your capacity to pay neither would you select to be saddled with a house that is not to your liking though modestly priced. A word of caution: Never over state your income to purchase a larger home and live beyond your means. The end result may be you loosing your home to a foreclosure.

In mortgage financing, the buyer can opt for the fixed rate mortgage or the adjustable rate mortgage (ARM). Because an ARM is usually lower priced versus the fixed rate mortgage, they have the benefit of a lower initial monthly payment. In an ARM, the interest rate is linked to an index, meaning that if the index increases, your monthly payment increases and a dropping index would mean a smaller monthly payment. ARMs are less expensive but the chance of foreclosure will be endured by the borrower if increased monthly payments are not met.

A buyer can choose to take the 15 year, the more prevalent 30 year or even a 50 year mortgage financing option. Lower interest rate and accelerated equity build up is possible with a 15 year mortgage financing plan due to its shorter term. Complete job and income security is necessary for this mortgage financing. You may stand the risk of losing your home, if the accelerated monthly payment is out your financial means. Choosing for the more common 30 year or even a 50 year mortgage is safer even thoughyou’re your repayment period is longer.

Currently, buyers hoping to purchase a home are being asked to have bigger higher downpayments, increase their credit scores, and/or buy properties in different areas. Sellers in this market can only watch as their pool of potential buyers gets reduced by mortgage fianancing woes.

The FishingTackle I Prefer

May 23rd, 2009 by stu pendous | Comments Off | Filed in Fishing Tackle

When I go carp fishing I know it is not cheap to buy the permit to let me to fish at one of the major carp waters. It is understandable really as some of these fish cost more than a few hundred pounds to stock in the first place.
So if and when I do manage to get a take I need to feel convinced that the fishing tackle I am employing is up to the job of landing one of these muscular underwater missiles. I do not want to be going home thinking if only I had!

So I use a Ron Thompson carp rod it has everything I am looking for in a light yet robust carp rod. It has never let me down yet and developed to last .If you go down the path of buying the cheapest you can you will only end up watching it let you down under pressure and in all probability when you have a monster on. Also with the cheaper fishing rods they do tend to be a lot heavier and at first this might not be too much to think about but as the day wears on your arms will start to notice it.

I will match that with a Daiwa Carp Reel can not be beat in my feeling. Fantastic gearing and a really smooth action when you need to really crank up the force as the carp is maneuvering for snags this is the one for you it truly does come into its own.

With the proper fishing line and specific sharp hooks all my equipment is perfect for the job at hand .So fundamentally it is down to me no apologises if the fish gets off it is my mistake no one else’s.I tend to buy almost all of my fishing tackle here at the TFGear site as I have found the costs to be one of the cheapest around and with free next day delivery
