In the winter the climate in Jerez has average temps by day peaking at 15.9 degrees celcius in January. At night time temps fall to a minimum of of 5.4 degrees. In the spring time temperatures in Jerez reach 21.5 degrees by day in April falling at night time to around 9.4 degrees celcius. Later on in July Jerez temperature averages are in the region of from 18.0 to 33.0 degrees. As the winter approaches the Jerez climate has slightly cooler temperatures. In October maximum temperatures are approximately 25.0 degrees and minimum temperatures are about 13.3 degrees on average.
